Contrairement au nouilles soba au sarrasin de cette même marque, elles collent beaucoup moins, en revanche je les trouve un peu moins goûteuses, et plus fermes. Cela reste néanmoins un bon produit pour les ramen.

Description

Indication
Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup dish. The brand also calls the noodles in this dish ramen. They have the appearance of instant noodles. However, they are not made with wheat, but with organic brown rice (100%). A pure variant without a bag of flavor enhancers. Instead, put a tablespoon of miso (powdered soup) in the water, along with the herbs and vegetables of your choice, and cook the ramen for 3 minutes. This way, you can put super tasty, gluten-free food on the table in no time.
Intake mode
It is recommended to cook for 3 minutes in plenty of boiling water or cook for the last 3 minutes with your ramen broth.
