Swedish herbs properties: Swedish herbs are an original herbal preparation by Maria Treben that has different benefits for heavy digestions. Its purifying and detoxifying action is possible thanks to its 11 medicinal plants, among which the bitter and digestive plants stand out. Dried Herbs helps purify the kidneys and intestines, increases defenses, contributes to the digestion of fats, combats fatigue and has a mild laxative effect . Swedish Herbs c ontraindications: It is not advisable to take more doses than indicated, since its laxative effect can be enhanced. How to take Swedish Herbs? The mixture is obtained from the combination of herbs with 1.5 liters of brandy (38º) in a 2-liter bottle . It should be left to rest for 2 weeks in a bright and warm place. Shake daily and pass through the strainer once the 14 days have passed. This tincture of Swedish Herbs that we have obtained has a strong bitter taste . This is why we recommend diluting the dose in water, juice or infusion (never in milk), you can even add a little honey to reduce its bitter taste. The correct dosage is: Adults : a teaspoon of coffee (or 25 drops), 3 times a day. Preferably after meals.
