How to take Tryptophan Forte?

It is recommended to take preferably before breakfast with a glass of water.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.

Composition of Tryptophan Forte

L-tryptophan, Magnesium hydroxide, Bulking agents (Cellulose, Calcium phosphate), Dry extract of rhodiola root (Rhosiola rosea) (3% salidrosides), Anti-caking agent (Magnesium salts of fatty acids), 5-HTP (From griffonia simplicifolia seeds), Ashwagandha root dry extract (Withania somnifera) (1.5% withanolides), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide), Riboflavin, Folic acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Per 1 tablet: L-Tryptophan (300 mg), Magnesium (112 mg), Rhodiola rosea Extract (50 mg) (Salidroside content 1.5 mg), 5-HTP (25 mg), Ashwagandha Extract (25 mg ) (Withanolide content 0.375 mg), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) (1.4 mg), Folic acid (Vitamin B9) (200 mcg).
